Does AUTOLADEN DRESDEN deliver vehicles?
Of course, we can also deliver your vehicle directly to your front door. The exact costs depend on the individual case - we will be happy to calculate this for you individually. We have already transported vehicles internationally. Just ask us - we're sure to find a suitable solution!

Why is a used car warranty important?
First of all, you should know the difference between warranty and guarantee. The warranty means that the vehicle is free from defects at the time of handover - including hidden defects. To ensure this, we have our own workshop. Every vehicle is thoroughly checked there: It is extensively test-driven, every button is tested, the fault memory is read out - and all of this is documented, of course. Our aim is to ensure that you receive a technically flawless vehicle from us. Nevertheless, it can of course happen that something breaks at some point after the purchase. However, such damage is not covered by the warranty. This is why there is a used car warranty, which covers exactly such cases. However, many providers only insure three to five components, e.g. the engine or gearbox - and the part that breaks down is often not included. What's more, you are usually tied to certain workshops with such offers, and all of this often costs 400 to 500 euros - but is of little use to you in an emergency. That's why we have deliberately opted for a much more comprehensive warranty. Our variant covers 28 assemblies, including the engine, transmission, electrics and even the entire comfort electronics. And the whole thing is not tied to a workshop. So you can decide for yourself where to have your car repaired in the event of a claim. This warranty costs a little more and is calculated individually for each vehicle - but it really does offer you protection in the event of an emergency. Simply contact us, we will be happy to advise you and find the right solution together. So you're on the safe side.
Can I trade in a vehicle with you?
Of course, you can also trade in your current vehicle with us. It is particularly important to us that the process is as transparent as possible for you. That's why we first look at comparable vehicles together on platforms such as mobile.de - i.e. those with similar equipment, mileage and condition. This ensures that we really are comparing apples with apples - and not apples with flowers. Based on these comparisons, we determine a realistic sales price. It is important to note that we cannot, of course, pay you the full selling price that you might see online. This is because when we trade in your vehicle, we prepare it professionally for resale. This means that it is extensively checked in our workshop, we take new photos, create advertisements, offer test drives and take care of the entire marketing process - this costs time, work and money. Of course, we also have to earn something back when the vehicle is resold. But: We calculate fairly, openly and transparently - and in the end you have the advantage that you can take your new vehicle with you straight away without having to worry about selling your old one yourself. Do you also redeem old loans?
Of course, we can also pay off an existing loan on your current vehicle. If the outstanding loan amount is higher than the current vehicle value, this is generally not a problem. The resulting difference can simply be included in the financing of your new vehicle.
Where can I find a defect form?
So, you bought a vehicle from us and now there's damage that you want to have repaired? No problem! Just go to our website and click on the menu item Damage to used vehicle. There you will find a defect form which you should fill in completely. The form will be sent directly to our service department and will of course be processed as quickly as possible. In this way, we can ensure that you are helped as quickly as possible.
Do I have to come by to buy a car in the Dresden car store?
No, you don't necessarily have to. Thanks to the coronavirus pandemic in particular, we are well practiced in handling such things digitally. We offer you the opportunity to view the vehicle conveniently via video call - e.g. via WhatsApp or FaceTime. This allows you to see everything at your leisure and clarify any questions directly. We also already have a vehicle video online on YouTube to give you a good first impression. Together with the detailed pictures and price information in the advertisement, this is enough for many people to make an informed purchase decision. Are our vehicles serviced?
Well, in most cases, our vehicles are well maintained - I pay a lot of attention to that. It is important to us that we offer you well-maintained and technically flawless cars. That's why we also check in advance whether all the necessary documents are available. But to be honest, the current condition of the vehicle is much more important. And that's exactly where we start. Every car is thoroughly checked in our own workshop before it is sold - from A to Z. We work with a 120-point plan, go through every function, read the fault memory and carry out a detailed test drive. In this way, we ensure that you receive a vehicle from us that is technically flawless - and that you can simply feel good about.
Can I come to the AUTOLADEN DRESDEN workshop for a service after my purchase?
Of course - we have a professionally equipped workshop on site with everything you need. Whether it's an MOT, oil service, tire change or when the brakes are due - you can have it all done by us without any complications. Of course, this makes particular sense if you bought the vehicle from us. Because we already know the car, know exactly what to look out for and can therefore provide you with fast and reliable service.
Are our vehicles accident-free?
Basically, you can assume that we only offer clean and well-maintained vehicles - we do not buy cars with major previous damage. We pay very close attention to this. However, it is important to pay a little attention to the legal subtleties. According to German case law, any external influence on a vehicle means that it is no longer considered accident-free - even if the damage was minimal. To make this more tangible: Imagine you are driving through a gate as normal and suddenly a cyclist hits your car. Nothing may have happened to the vehicle. But because the ambulance is called and the incident is recorded by the police, it counts as an accident in legal terms. Even a simple repainting can then - depending on the situation - be declared as the result of an accident. Therefore, don't be put off by such information. We check every vehicle very carefully, and you get technically flawless and honest cars from us.
Are winter wheels available for the car?
We don't have winter tires or winter wheels for every vehicle - but we are happy to take care of it. We can either look in our own tire warehouse to see if there is something suitable for your car, or we can order you a suitable set at fair conditions. Just talk to us - we usually find a good solution quickly.
Do you also store winter wheels?
Unfortunately, we don't have any space for that in our yard here.
